I am writing this story as a result of successfully completing the Introductory auditing. I began the program completely by chance and without a plan, with quite a low score on the test. I first noticed the benefits through my mother, who finished just a few days before I started, and from the very beginning I began to observe and feel certain changes in myself.
To this day, significant changes can be felt—positive in many aspects—and they have a beneficial effect on my everyday behavior and functioning. I feel more cheerful, rested, well-slept, and better organized.
We went through and faced several moments and situations from my life that had caused me difficulties and were not entirely positive experiences.
From the trauma of childbirth, I was able to relive and process it many times, as if across many lives, all with the purpose of now being prepared to give birth a second time without any worries.
I feel ready to take on everything in life that is within my control, in my own hands. I am able to handle many new situations in a much more practical way, as a result of the overall learning and processing.
I am prepared to take all the necessary actions for further improvement, so that I can become better, more functional, and more useful to myself and to those around me.
I hope that my auditor is also happy with the success we have achieved, and I am sincerely grateful for every moment and situation we shared together. ❤️

Introductory Video
What happens during auditing?
This short introduction explains the basic ideas behind auditing and helps you understand what the session experience is like before you begin.
1. Book an Intake Appointment
Schedule your first intake session online or by phone. Appointments are normally held in person at our premises.
2. Arrival & Intake Forms
On arrival, you’ll complete intake and consent forms covering privacy, confidentiality, and any health or legal declarations. These protect both you and the practitioner and help ensure safe, effective work.
3. Baseline Testing
We run initial assessments such as IQ, aptitude, and the OXFORD CAPACITY ANALYSIS® personality testing, also known as the OCA® personality testing, to map your current profile and potential areas of improvement.
4. Initial Interview (Life History & Goals)
A trained practitioner conducts a detailed interview to understand your life history, current concerns, and specific goals — what you most want to handle or overcome.
5. Orientation & Preparatory Materials
You’ll receive a short orientation with videos, illustrated materials, and guides explaining what auditing is, how sessions work, and what to expect before beginning.
6. Pre-Session Requirements (Safety & Preparation)
- Avoid alcohol for 24 hours before a session.
- Disclose all medications and medical conditions during intake.
- Do not change or stop prescribed medication (antidepressants, tranquilizers, etc.) without consulting your doctor — we can help coordinate medical advice.
- If you take psychoactive medication or have a medical/psychiatric condition, a medical clearance may be required before proceeding.
- Recreational mind-altering substances should be avoided before a session.
7. Auditing Session
A certified auditor conducts the session using standard procedures tailored to your goals and progress.
8. Post-Session Review & Assessment
After the session, we review your results and repeat key assessments where relevant to measure progress and confirm technical precision. Next steps are discussed openly.
9. Follow-Up & Scheduling
Based on your progress, further sessions, seminars, or study materials may be recommended. Ongoing support and scheduling ensure continued personal development.

Glossary — Key Terms
Scientology
Scientology is taken from the Latin word scio, which means knowing in the fullest sense of the word, and the Greek word logos, meaning study of.
In itself the word means literally knowing how to know. Scientology is further defined as the study and handling of the spirit in relationship to itself, universes and other life.
Dianetics
Dianetics means through the mind or through the soul (from Greek dia, through, and nous, mind or soul). It also means what the soul is doing to the body.
Dianetics uses specific auditing procedures to increase a person’s sanity and well-being by removing unwanted sensations and unpleasant emotions.
Auditor
An auditor is a Scientology practitioner. The word auditor means one who listens.
Auditing
Auditing (also called processing) is the principle of helping an individual look at his own existence and improve his ability to confront what he is, where he is and where he has been.
Purification Rundown
A detoxification program which enables an individual to rid himself of the harmful effects of drugs, toxins and other chemicals that lodge in the body and create a biochemical barrier to spiritual well-being.
Case Supervisor (C/S)
An experienced and properly certified auditor who is additionally trained to supervise and analyze cases and sessions. A Case Supervisor reviews every session to make sure that the auditor is applying auditing techniques exactly and then gives written instructions to the auditor on what processing actions to take in the next session. Abbreviation, C/S.
Case
A person being audited or helped through Scientology. It is also used to mean all of the upsetting experiences, pain, failures, etc., from a person’s past that are in his reactive mind.
Clear
A state of no longer having one’s own reactive mind and therefore being able to act rationally.
Reactive Mind
The part of a person’s mind that works on a totally stimulus-response basis (given a certain stimulus it gives a certain response), which is not under his conscious control, and which exerts force and the power of command over his awareness, purposes, thoughts, body and actions.
The reactive mind never stops operating or recording the events of one’s life, but it acts below the level of consciousness.
